Withdrawal dismissal

Withdrawal dismissal

It is suggested that children be withdrawn only at the end of the Academic Session. However, a parent may withdraw his/her ward in midsession if the situation so warrants. In that case, fees for the full academic session have to be cleared at the time of taking the Transfer Certificate. (NO DUPLICATE TRANSFER CERTIFICATE SHALL BE ISSUED.)

Repeated absence without leave, or unexplained absence of more than 10 days renders the student liable to be struck off the rolls. Absence without leave inevitably invites disciplinary action at the discretion of the Principal.

All are expected to attend school on the day after which the school is going for a long vacation and the re-opening day after each vacation period. Absence without previous leave (mere informing will not suffice) renders the students liable to be struck off the rolls.

Any use of unfair means and/or receiving or giving assistance in any form during a Test or an Examination (detected during or subsequently) or tampering with the evaluated answer papers in any way, or altering the report card, is liable to punishment at the discretion of the school authorities. In serious and repeated cases, the student will be asked to leave the school altogether.

A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his studies in the school.

Before withdrawing a student from the school, a month's notice is to be given or a month's fee in lieu of notice.

Transfer certificate will be only issued on the receipt of a written application from the parent or guardian. All dues must be cleared and rupees one hundred will be charged for TC.

Students who are involved in any fights or arrested by the police for any crime will be expelled from the school immediately.

The school reserves to itself the right to strike off the name of any student whose parents/guardians misbehave or does not co-operate with the school management or its staff members.

Withdrawal of your child from classes for mere social functions is not recommended.

Any student who is persistently insubordinate, or is repeatedly or wilfully mischievous, or is guilty of malpractice in connection with examinations, or commits an act of serious indiscipline, and/ or misbehaviour, or who, in the opinion of the Head of the school, has an unwholesome influence on WITHDRAWAL /DISMISSAL his/her fellow students or, whose guardians show little interest in the progress of their wards, may be removed from the school permanently, or for a specified period according to the discretion of the Principal.

In case of any dispute the decision of the management will be FINAL AND BINDING.
